Our Pricing

We utilize a Flat Rate Pricing structure for most appliance repairs. Flat Rate Pricing simply means that once we diagnose the problem and determine the specific repair(s) needed to get your appliance back to optimal working condition, we will provide you a Total Flat Rate price to complete the repair. The Total Flat Rate price will be inclusive of all fee’s to complete the repair including the diagnostic service call fee, any additional labor, all parts needing replacement and applicable taxes. Once you are presented with the total cost of repair, you have the option of having us complete the repair or just paying the diagnostic service call fee.

 

Benefits of Flat Rate Pricing

Flat Rate Pricing is more beneficial to the customer than paying by the hour (or quarter hour) to have their appliance repaired. The customer knows ahead of time what the total charges will be once the repair is completed. This eliminates all customer concerns regarding:

• The amount of time required to complete the repair.

• Wondering how long the repair will take.

• The efficiency of the technician on the job.

• Having to keep track of the length of time your appliance is actually worked on.

• Etc, etc…

 

Our Triple Guarantee

1. We guarantee our repair to fix the problem. If we do not repair the problem for some reason we will come back free of charge or provide you a 100% refund.

2. All Parts are guaranteed for 90 days to 1 year, depending on parts manufacturer.

3. If another problem occurs on the same appliance within 30 days of the repair, we will waive the service call fee from the 2nd repair bill.
