My washer stopped washing so with a family of five we needed help! Steve charged a very reasonable fee to diagnose the issue which was unfortunately a problem with the main board (newer model). This was a tricky diagnosis, and Steve spent a good 5-6 hours on it at our home, plus researched the issue after hours. After all of that he still only charged the initial diagnosis fee and advised that if this were his washer, he would just buy a new one. Hard to find honest people to do business with and while I wasn't pleased about having to buy a new washer, I was very pleased with the service provided by Steve Caverly. Thank you!

I could not say enough good things about Steve and the service he provided for me. I had a difficult situation with a dryer I sold to a young couple that lived some 35+ miles away. Gave them my word and 30 day guarantee. Well the dryer would not work when they got it home. Sears couldn't look at it for nearly a month! Called Sears in Ionia and they referred me to Steve. This was a tough diagnosis and Steve went above and beyond determining the problem. Can't thank him enough for helping me help this young lady have a working dryer!
